Where exactly are you located in Roodepoort?
We are situated in Quellerina, West Rand in Roodepoort. While we run a highly streamlined production workshop optimised for cutting and shipping orders across South Africa, local collections can easily be arranged by prior appointment, or shipping nationwide, can be arranged at the client's expense.
Can you print full-colour photos onto your stickers?
No. We specialise strictly in solid-colour, die-cut custom vinyl stickers and vinyl decals. Our designs are cut from imported, premium rolls of coloured vinyl. This means your decals will look infinitely sharper, crisper, and last much longer outdoors than any printed alternative, as there is absolutely no ink to fade or run.
Do you design and install small or large outdoor shop signage?
No. We focus entirely on vinyl stickers and vinyl decals. We do not manufacture large or small outdoor shop signboards, lightboxes, or structural signs.
Do you go out to apply your designs, the stickers and decals?
No. To keep costs low we design and cut and have the final product ready for you for collection or shipping. We do however, supply you with proper instructions to apply the vinyl decal or sticker.
How long does it take to get my decals/stickers?
Most standard orders for our popular retro vinyl stickers, novelty stickers, and man cave designs are processed, cut, and packed within 3 to 5 business days. Courier delivery times depend on your location within South Africa, but typically take 1 to 3 days to arrive at your door. Layered custom designs take a little longer in general.
I have an idea for a vinyl sticker, can you cut it for me?
Chances are we can. If you have the image in mind in an electronic format, such as jpeg, gif, pdf, we can assess it and give you feedback.
Can I bundle a few stickers from your site with one or two pieces of Quirky Craft items?
Sure, you can. Just go to the contact form and leave us a message of which items you would like to order. If you aren't able to collect, we will courier it to you.
How does your payment work?
We require a 50% deposit on all custom vinyl creations. This is to ensure dedicated time to the project, as well as to ensure that the client is commited to the project. The balance is payable on completion and/or collection of the sticker/decal.
For our pre-made decals we require the full amount before shipping or collecting. Once you place an order via email or WhatsApp, we will see if the desired items are in stock. We will contact you with a timeline and an objective to get your items to you.
The onus falls on the buyer to pay for shipping cost to the destination, unless picked up at our premises.
